Cancellation Policy

Things happen. If you need to cancel all or any portion of the requested Services four weeks before the delivery date, you will receive a refund of 100% of all applicable fees. If you cancel all or any portion of the requested Services three weeks before the day of delivery, you will receive a refund of 50% of all applicable fees. If you cancel all or any portion of the requested Services two weeks before the day of delivery, you will receive a refund of 25% of all applicable fees. If you cancel less than two weeks before the day of the delivery, the reservation is no longer refundable but can be rescheduled for another date or transferred to a friend.
